Steven is an experienced advisor to businesses, with 20 years experience advising on issues relating to the commencement, management and development of businesses.

Specific areas of expertise include Financial Management, Financial Analysis and Monitoring, Management Accounting, Business and Strategic Planning, Business Coaching and Mentoring, Process Facilitation and Change Management, Business Structuring and Taxation.

Steven has a Commerce Degree, is a Chartered Accountant, and a Facilitator with Mindshop International.

  • Key-note speaker for the Department Employment, Economic Development and Innovation on Financial and Cash Flow Management and Business Planning, having presented over 75 workshops for DEEDI offices at Aspley, Caboolture and Southside.
  • Key-note speaker for other organisations in Australia.
  • Recognition as a Leader in business as past President of the Pine Rivers Chamber of Commerce.
  • Current Chairperson of Institute of Chartered Accountants Small Practices Panel.
  • Co-design and delivery of growthMAX business growth programs via the Advanced Business Planning Program (ABPP). SRJ is one of only eleven companies throughout the state that were accredited to deliver ABPP's.
  • Co-design and delivery of FinMax program to train in excess of 125 Department of Tourism Regional Development & Industry business facilitators. FinMax was delivered as part of the Financial Skills Development initiative.

  • Advising the directors of a 15 million dollar wholesale business on the acquisition of a key competitor that ultimately results in our client withdrawing their offer. This work included addressing the business strategy and plan, integration of the two businesses and structuring the business.

  • Advising the directors of a 7 million dollar business on their strategic plan and management of the rapid growth of their business.
