Participating in regular training sessions specifically for our graduates as well as comprehensive and structured performance and career discussions with your Mentor, Manager and Director, access to resources, training courses and a wide technical knowledge base, we provide new professionals some fantastic opportunities to develop a broad base of skills at the start of their careers.  Later on, there is also the chance to specialise in a preferred area.

For those looking to undertake the next step in their career, we provide study support for the CA and CPA programs, where you will also be allocated a line manager and mentor for the duration of your program.  We also provide study assistance in the way of payment of the course fees, purchase of the study notes for the CA Program and also providing study leave for exams.

Our team's professional and personal development is underpinned by regular mentoring conversations around their individual development and career path planning with Managers.  Our professional development program ensures that our team is up to date on current issues through multiple core skill and technical training courses together with the ICAA facilitating in-house sessions each month on tax updates and selected topics.
